Classes are hosted at a location of your choosing. For groups over 10, we can host your class at our St. Paul commissary kitchen.
Courses take 1-2 hours, and include a small meal. We recommend adding a 3-course dinner to the experience to round out the meal.
Anything needed to complete your class is brought by our chefs. We even take care of your
Interactive Pasta Class. This is by far the most popular class we teach. Learn how to make the pasta dough, and then shape it. After the demo and participatory part of the class you all are able to sit down and eat the pasta for dinner, along with a 1st course and dessert with the 3-course meal option..
Hone your knife knowledge with a course about sharpening, storing, and chopping. Chef Natalie will walk you through the steps of how to dice, brunoise, chiffonade, and julienne as you put together a meal for the evening. Perfect for beginner and intermediate home cooks.

Cheese and charcuterie board are having a moment. Let's embrace this moment with a hands-on demonstration of how to construct cheese and charcuterie boards. Not only will you learn tips and tricks in choosing each item on your boards, but you'll be able to enjoy eating them when you're done!
Walk through how to prepare 2 types of dumplings. This is hands on, and includes both sweet and savory styled dumplings, and will include a paired entree with the 3-course dinner upgrade. The appetizer will be the savory dumplings, and the dessert will be your sweet dumplings.
