What we can't purchase locally, we source organically. Our meat comes from small farms in MN and WI, and our seafood is wild caught. Our produce is purchased from Farmer's Markets, local purveyors , and food co-operatives. We avoid seed oils, and strictly use olive oil for food preparation. We feed our meals to our own families, and sourcing is our #1 priority. Wondering where something is sourced? Just ask!
We default package all meals in recyclable foil containers. For a one-time fee, you can join our Pyrex program. Through this program we purchase your glass containers, and package your food in them each week. We pick up your previous week's Pyrex with each delivery.
All meals are delivered in our insulated cooler bags.
Everything on your menu is made in our kitchen, no matter how small. With a combined 25 years of experience, our chefs use their extensive backgrounds to prepare every sauce, cut every vegetable, and hand pull every noodle.

Menus rotate weekly and are sent out every Friday. Selections for the following week are due by Sunday morning.
