Ordering Process
Meals will be ready for pickup or delivery on Friday, April 3rd between 3pm-6pm, and Saturday, April 4th between 9am-11am.
Delivery is free for reoccurring meal prep families. Reach out to natalie@rowandough to see if you are in our delivery area.
